I can't get enough of Kealoha!!!! I saw him perform at Fresh Cafe in Honolulu, and have loved slam poetry ever since. Thank you so much for all of the videos and poems. Keep it going!

Mr. Kealoha, Would you be interested in doing an author visit to my school. And, if so, may I ask the cost of your fee? Thank you!

:) Greetings from Auckland!
Ive just read Kealoha's Recess in Mauri Ola, Contemporary Polynesian Poems..
Absolutely loved it!!
Especially this..
"Why do we now in our free time call each other to go out and eat? When did sitting down at a restaurant and eating a meal ever replace creativity and the expression of the free spirit?...When did going out to dinner ever become an activity?..."
aaaaaaaaaahahhaahaha..oh my goshhhhhhhh! if ever ive needed to hear that it was now...when all my girl cousins can think to do when we catch up is to go out and eat! which im suppose to be doing today, again!
I would rather have go back to wen "15minutes was enough to swing our brains out".
Thank you Kealoha, for the wake up call!!!!
:)

Dear Kealoha,
I am so happy to have found you and HawaiiSlam!
I just started attending HawaiiSlam and I don't know the names of the artists. Would it be possible to have their name/pics/featured readings or titles posted on your HawaiiSlam website? Sorry to bother you but I just can't seem to find this information!
Also want to ask if it is OK to post my video or audio recordings of HawaiiSlam on the web. They aren't good quality, I can't even make out the names of the poets!
Dawn
